The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of MEP projects, and evaluating the cost to take on that project. The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organisation and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the tendering process. ResponsibilitiesMaintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid tendering processResolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing informationObtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimatesBuild strong business relationships with clients and suppliers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or mechanical engineering or equivalent experienceSolid understanding of basic estimating principlesFamiliarity with site drawing and ability to read plansMechanical and Electrical construction experience preferred
