Paid Social Specialist - D2C Lifestyle BrandOxfordshire (2 days office based)£30,000 - £40,000Please note, you must be able to drive to the office in Oxfordshire 2 days per week (public transport isn't ideal!)We are working with a D2C Lifestyle brand in Oxfordshire to help them hire for a hands on Paid Social Specialist!The brand has been around for nearly 10 years and is founder-led with two female bosses at the core! They have a small and passionate team of circa 12 people and they are now adding this newly created role to the team.About the Role:Responsible for managing & executing paid media campaigns across various platforms including Meta and TikTok to drive traffic to the website.Optimise campaigns and creatives by analysing performance metrics, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies.Develop a test and learn approach to identify the best performing ad creatives, headlines, landing pages and targeting options to deliver improved traffic, conversion, ROAS etc.Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across paid media channels to achieve ROAS targets.Reporting and analysis, tracking metrics and identifying new opportunities for growth across key channels.Analyse and tracking conversion for different funnels and segments.Keep up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.About You:+2 years’ experience in performance marketingProven track record of scaling shopify/eCommerce businesses through effective performance marketing strategiesSolid understanding of platforms and hands on with Google, Meta, TikTok, Display etcStrong understanding of customer journey; ability to drive ROIHighly analytical - Proficient in Google Analytics & GA4Creativity: able to find creative ways to grow revenue in a budgetWhat you’ll get:The opportunity to join a rapid-growing female-led companyYou’ll be a part of an energetic, excitable marketing team passionate about using comms to tell our story50% Employee Discount£50 per month product allowanceHybrid Working - 2-3 days per week based in their OfficeApply now or send your CV directly to [email protected]
