Site Manager

Requirement for a iste manager to take on a project in Chillington Devon. The project has two phases. The first phase has 17 houses left to build and they houses are class as executive builds.

The Second phase will consist of 40 houses and the aim is to start this around March 2025 with a 12 month programme. The project is looking for a site manager to support the project to completion. (Anticipated 18 months)

If you have a strong background in building houses, live in commuting distance; have SMSTS, CSCS + First aid. Please get in touch.
