Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Architect (SC Cleared) Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension) Clearance Required: SC Clearance Rate: Market Rate (PAYE through Umbrella) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Architect with active SC clearance to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations, particularly in complex environments involving multiple APIs (over 90) and a solid understanding of database integration. You will play a critical role in architecting and managing integrations that enhance ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect Integration Solutions: Design and architect ServiceNow integration solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, enhance system performance, and align with best practices. ServiceNow Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow, including Integration Hub, REST, SOAP APIs, and MID Server configurations, to build robust integration solutions. API Management: Manage the integration of over 90 APIs with ServiceNow, ensuring data consistency, security, and optimal performance. Database Integration: Design and optimize database connections to ServiceNow, handling complex data flows between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration architecture, mentoring other developers and supporting the broader architecture team. Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including integration patterns, data flow diagrams, and system configurations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and IT teams, to ensure integration solutions align with business objectives. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless operations across all integrated systems. Key Skills and Experience: SC Clearance: Must hold active SC clearance. ServiceNow Integration Expertise: Proven experience as an Integration Architect specializing in ServiceNow, with deep knowledge of Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting. API Integration: Extensive experience working with a high volume of APIs, focusing on secure, scalable, and efficient integrations. Database Knowledge: Strong skills in database integration, including SQL and other relevant technologies, to support ServiceNow data exchange requirements. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other middleware platforms that work with ServiceNow. Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with a strategic approach to resolving complex integration challenges. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impacts for stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills: Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow deployments.
