Business Development Executive's will receive a 1st class training program & expect to be competent in only 3 months. Progression happens every 12 months when you hit target & 33% of advertised roles in this company are filled with internal promotions. You'll join a lively, social team in Manchester, and work for an impressive Sales Leader who is passionate, loves developing people drives a positive culture, and was promoted internally The day to day: * Business Development Executive's will sell to existing & lapsed clients * Making around 40 calls per day * You will use a solution-based sales approach & fact find approach * Understand customer needs, wants, and pain point * You'll educate customers on products, services & the market * Manage the entire sales process & control your earnings * Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales cycle * The role is autonomous, and you can implement your style to get the best results The package: * £28-30k salary * £45k OTE * £1,250 welcome bonus * Top performers £70k + * 26 holidays & bank holidays * Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance * Holiday incentives & car being raffled for staff who hit target Requirements: Experience in sales is required.
