Director of Sales & Revenue – Luxury / Lifestyle Hotel Group – 90k – 100k This newly created role will join this exceptional team to oversee and drive sales while supporting new future openings. This group is based around beautiful design and service, offering unique and tailored stays to guests. The Company is privately owned and has significant investment and further openings. This company and brand are led by an inspirational industry leader with a clear vision of creating something unique in the London Hotel Market. Currently, with one property, there are more openings in the pipeline, and this role will grow to oversee them all. The role – - Director of Sales and Revenue – 90k – 100k Implement strategies to maximize revenue and drive, attract and retain guests Analyse financial performance metrics and trends to identify areas for revenue growth To oversee and inspire your sales team to ensure the continuing growth and development of your people To be a brand ambassador, to network at the group level while building strong relationships both in the UK and internationally To work with the board and senior team to ensure budgets are met and exceeded and the future pipeline looks strong The Package – Director of Sales & Revenue - 90k - 100k plus package Great basic plus 20% bonus 40hr week : Office based Amazing product and team More openings and growth Discounts, pensions & healthcare Please apply online to Rory Laffan
