Property Manager

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of all services and actions on the Development and provide excellent levels of customer service to the residents and the Client. You will be joining our Residential Property Management team. The Residential Property Management team oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents’ Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services. This is a remote role managing a portfolio of 600 units and growing across Birmingham and Perry Barr. The working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.
