Our client is a highly reputable and long standing firm that has a great reputation within the local market. They are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join the team and provide support to their busy department. Forming part of a small team, the role would be ideal for someonewith experience gained in a litigation team and someone who enjoys working within a busy firm. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Litigation Partner. Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions. Maintain & organise case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Assist other members of the team when necessary Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as necessary. Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases. Handle other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within a litigation department. Ability to audio type Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
