We are working with a number of highly ranked Legal 500 firms that are expanding their contentious construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on contentious construction matters, including contract disputes, negligence claims, and regulatory issues.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and stakeholders to develop effective strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• England and Wales qualified solicitor with a strong background in construction law.
• Proven experience in contentious legal matters within the construction sector.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
