The Role: We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of Ecommerce orders across all our brands through the supply chain, including our international 3PL providers. In this role, you will drive service improvements by closely monitoring orders from start to finish and collaborating with Ecommerce, Supply Chain teams, and 3PLs.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure Ecommerce customer orders are delivered on time, in full, and meet agreed service level targets. Work closely with the Ecommerce Customer Service team to support an optimal customer experience. Maximize stock availability for the direct-to-consumer channel. Manage order flow, resolving issues from placement to fulfillment, including coordination with external partners (international 3PLs). Provide volume forecasts to 3PLs and liaise with the Ecommerce team. Communicate daily with 3PLs regarding order flow. Analyze courier performance and provide insights. Ensure optimal physical distribution, including the packing of boxes to meet brand needs, including gifts and bundles. Propose actions and provide operational performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvement. Maintain data in the business central system, including shipping codes and forward distribution master data. Support other Supply and Logistics tasks as required by the business.

What We Are Looking For: Experience working in a DTC logistics team with 3PL fulfillment. Enthusiastic, passionate, and tenacious, with a desire to make a significant impact in our business. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using a business-wide IT system. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external partners. Ability to handle complexity, actively seek solutions, and create new processes to increase efficiency in the supply chain.
