Perform polishing and minor body repairs, ensuring vehicles look as good as new. Work efficiently and collaboratively with the rest of the Body Shop team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Optionally assist with vehicle estimates, although estimator experience is a plus, it's not essential.What We're Looking For: MET qualified with hands-on experience in a Body Shop environment. A well-rounded technician who enjoys taking on a variety of tasks from polishing to repairing. Attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work. Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
