Speech and Language Therapist - Community Ackerman Pierce are looking for a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to assess, develop, treat and discharge adult clients referred with communication and swallowing difficulties within the Domiciliary Community and Croydon University Hospital Departments. The main focus of this post is to serve patients who need to be seen in their home setting. Salary: £32/h (Day shifts) What you'll need as a Speech Language Therapist - Neuro: Specialist knowledge acquired through degree or equivalent qualifications, including further theoretical training and experience to Master's level equivalent in required speciality Continued Professional Development evidenced by attendance at short specialist postgraduate courses to maintain and develop own specialist knowledge and expertise. Recognised Speech & Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent (Post Graduate Diploma or MSc in Speech & Language Therapy leading to registration with HCPC) HCPC Licence to Practice, Registered member of Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, Membership of relevant CEN 6 months of paid patient facing UK nursing experience from within the past 3 years Up-to-date clinical best practice knowledge The right to work in the UK Why Choose Ackerman Pierce?
