Bar Supervisor New Central London Opening Salary: £34,000 + Service Charge 25 days holidays + bank Holidays 40 hours / week - 5 Days Over 7 Evening Shifts - No Late Finishes! Our client are opening a new 150-seat restaurant and bar in Central London this November and are looking for a talented and experienced Bar Supervisor to join their team, helping to lead the bar operations in a brand-new venue with a smart-casual atmosphere. If youre passionate about hospitality, drinks, and delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you! As the Bar Supervisor, you will play an important role in overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. You will lead and support the bar team during evening shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of drink preparation and presentation, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere Your responsibilities will also include maintaining high standards of drink preparation and presentation, ensuring stock levels and inventory are managed effectively, and adhering to licensing and health & safety regulations. Youll work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure the seamless operation of both the bar and restaurant, contributing to a fantastic overall guest experience.
