In this diverse Human Resources leadership role, your responsibilities will include: Creation and execution of the company’s people strategy Employee engagement, recruitment and retention Driving change and process improvements Learning and development Employee relations, managing complex ER issues where required Developing the use of HRIS and LMS platforms Leading and developing the HR team We are seeking a CIPD qualified, HR professional with a proven track record in driving a culture of continuous improvements.
