Production Manager Wolverhampton £45,000 - £65,000 / annum DOE. Day shift. Permanent Role. Kenton Black Group are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for a Manufacturing firm based in Wolverhampton. Our client manufactures high quality parts for the leisure sector. 40 hrs per week – 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. Production Manager - The Role: This is a hands on role, duties will include welding, assembly, press brake. To manage all aspects of the workshop. To promote and track a H&S culture. To have knowledge of CNC machines, which will be introduced to the factory in the coming months. Process & Procedure management. Provide coaching and development for production staff and implement training procedures. Manage daily operations to meet productivity and efficiency targets. Client offers an ongoing commitment to training and career development. Free on-site parking. Ideally located for Transport links. Pension scheme. Production Manager - Skill Requirements: Experience with CNC Machinery & Press Brake. Experience with Welding, Fabrication and assembly. Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering drawings. High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Be able to delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end. Have led Continuous Improvement/Change Management Activities to improve on-time delivery. Knowledge and experience of quality management systems. Apprentice trained (preferable).
