Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Wallet Consumer Engagement Manager (Senior Digital Wallet Growth Manager) to join the European business of one of the world’s top consumer electronics brands, creating and implementing engagement and usage strategies that drive growth for the Wallet product and proposition.Working across departments including finance, mobile, legal, and marketing, and with Wallet partners to enable experiences that engage, delight and retain customers while driving daily and monthly active usage (DAU and MAU) across Europe (20 markets).The ideal candidate is a top-tier Digital Wallet professional with experience in driving consumer engagement programs and growing active usage within similar businesses.This role will:Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to drive DAU and MAUChampion and advocate for new features and functionality to support user engagement and retention.Utilise data and analytics to identify engagement opportunities & optimise strategies.Design & implement consumer engagement programs that engage & retain wallet users.Collaborate with marketing, partner, and product teams to drive EU-wide promotions and increase wallet usage and user interaction.Monitor and analyse the performance and effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly.Regularly update senior management on DAU and MAU metrics, market trends, and critical initiatives.Engage with senior partners across finance, legal, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for engagement initiatives.Work closely, collaborate & influence local market engagement activities by providing insights and strategic guidance.Leverage CRM-based platforms to drive targeted engagement campaigns.We are looking for:Proven track record in driving consumer engagement programs within the fintech, digital payments, or app-based services industry.Deep understanding of user engagement strategies, promotional activities, and market expansion tactics.Experience in creating and scaling engagement programs from concept to execution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence andcollaborate across all levels of the organisation.This is a Hybrid role, 3 days in the office & 2 days WFH.
