They are now on the lookout for a Machine Shop Team Lead to join their team based in Cheltenham.
Key Responsibilities Machine Shop Team Lead
- Overseeing a team of machinists whilst being hands on
- Adhering to technical drawings/instructions/processes
- Ensuring production targets are me
- Setting and operating CNC machines (3/4/5 axis; Fanuc controls)
- Working to drawings and tight tolerances
Qualifications & Experience Machine Shop Team Lead
- Experience of setting and operating CNC Machines 3/4/5 axis
- Experience in managing a team of CNC Machinists
- Read engineering drawings
