This is a dual-focused role that combines sales, account management, and community building. Responsible for overall revenue growth of the nonprofit and higher education client vertical by helping to market TopSource Worldwide’s specialty in this sector. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a vibrant client community within the nonprofit sector, helping organizations connect, share best practices, and collaborate. Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular updates to management. Account Management (Existing Clients): Serve as the primary point of commercial contact for a portfolio of existing nonprofit clients to support your growth targets. Community Building & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to create and grow a vibrant client community within the nonprofit sector. Organize and host community events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among clients. Create and manage online forums, social media groups, and other platforms where clients can engage with each other and with our team. Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and improve overall client experience. Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings. Develop and grow a network of other organizations and contacts supporting the nonprofit/university sector and seek ways in which to partner with them for marketing, referral, or collaborative project efforts Passionate About Nonprofits: You have a genuine enthusiasm for helping nonprofit organizations achieve their missions and a desire to make a positive impact in the community. Sales Savvy: You bring a proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to identify and engage potential clients while developing strategic sales plans to meet targets. Relationship Builder: You excel in building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Community Engagement Advocate: You are passionate about fostering vibrant communities. You have experience organizing events, webinars, and workshops that facilitate networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among diverse groups. Creative Communicator: You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You enjoy drafting engaging content, whether it’s blogs or articles, to share valuable insights within the nonprofit sector.
