Executive Assistant

JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE BENEFITS: Annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, etc. REF: 5502 LOCATION: Hull TYPE: Perm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join a well established Hull based business. This opportunity would suit individuals who are currently working in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role or a very similar position within a commercial environment. As the Executive Assistant, you will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for; * Email management of multiple inboxes * Diary and schedule management * Preparing meeting agendas, minute taking and completing follow ups * Travel arrangements * May be some purchase orders, expenses and office supply responsibilities * Adhoc Administrative tasks To be the successful Executive Assistant you will have; * Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential * Ability to multi-task, be organised and prioritise is a must * Proficient with Microsoft tools * Using a CRM/Software would be advantageous * Maintaining strict confidentiality Please apply by following the directions on the website, alternatively for more information and a full outline of the role, call Sam Horton on (phone number removed).
