Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £417-£425 per week Start Date: As soon as possible Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing About the Role: ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with significant SEND experience to join a highly regarded special needs school in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will: Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs in the classroom. Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment by tailoring your approach to meet each student’s unique requirements. Assist the class teacher with general classroom tasks, adapt learning activities, and prepare materials to support student learning. This full-time role starts as soon as possible, with opportunities for flexible placements in the future. About the School: The school caters to students with ASD and other complex needs. About You: To be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you should: Have excellent communication skills and be adaptable to meet a variety of student needs. Have prior experience working in an SEND setting. Be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. Be able to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
