Join our thriving hospitality team at Bodean's BBQ! We're seeking an ambitious Junior General Manager ready to step up from an Assistant General Manager position. As Junior General Manager, you will take on significant responsibilities for the day-to-day operations, performance, and profitability of one of our restaurants. Collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering top-tier guest and staff experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality who is ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Support all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining service quality and efficiency in a lively setting. Guest Satisfaction: Uphold a guest-first approach, quickly addressing issues and gathering feedback to drive satisfaction. Team Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor the team, assisting with recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards, providing a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborative Growth: Work with the Business Development Manager on revenue-enhancing initiatives like promotions, guest engagement, and events. What Were Looking For: Demonstrated experience as an Assistant General Manager or equivalent in hospitality Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities Solid understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining operational excellence Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and food safety standards Why Join Us?
