Your role will involve encouraging creativity through various forms of expression, including creative writing and public speaking, and fostering a supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities * Design and deliver engaging lessons that cover the full English curriculum. * Assess student performance and provide tailored feedback to support their growth. * Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs and competitions. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum materials. * Create an inclusive atmosphere that fosters student participation and engagement. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: * A relevant degree in English, Literature, or a related field. * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level is preferred. * Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for inspiring students. * A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the classroom.
