Creative Services Project Manager?Experience: Strong communication skills and good organisation along with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Some experience in Environmental Branding and installation, or project management, with practical understanding of general building construction would be an advantage.Salary: Based upon ExperienceWe are looking for a new addition to our close-knit team that will add value, not only in the work that they produce from day to day, but also to the development of Wordcomm. They should be based within 45 mins of our office in Kingston.The successful candidate will need to show skills in organising multiple jobs and administration of systems and updating of internal systems. You will need good project management experience, creative account management or will have worked in the Environmental branding graphics industry.It will be an advantage to have a practical working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, although not to design level, as training can be given. You will be able to drive and have a full license and be prepared for some European travel, as well as national travel.Your day to day job will be office or home based, working with the existing account managers to plan and execute Wordcomm’s branding and installation work with its clients. This includes environmental graphics application, furniture and office planning, as well as other related creative work.The role is for integrating into a small hard working team, and so will offer the candidate the ability to learn and flourish in other areas that they may not have experience in, such as video production, printing and report writing.This is a varied role that should be filled by someone eager to learn and make their own mark, and be ready to move on up through the business, ready to start in September.Key Roles:Building Projects: liaison with Account managers to take brief measure sites and work with sub contractors and Wordcomm senior staff from concept to finished project.Site Surveys: Getting measurements for different branding solutions on site and offering advise to customers on the best way to create a new area.Proposals: Putting together concept documents and costings for Wordcomm jobs, to show clients a full picture of what we are proposing on each project.Account management: Working with the two Account managers, you will learn the Account Management skills required to promote you into this position. Discussing options with clients and supply visuals for approval, working through Matt/Jack/Grace. This skill will increase over time and with experience. Guidance and training will be given to support Wordcomm’s processes.Installations: Being present on site when Wordcomm installers are working on projects and helping to make sure projects are carried out safely and in time. Liaising with the customer to ensure expectations are met.Office work: Working with the small office team carrying out day to day processes, such as packing and sending out work, forecasting and financial management, as well as the option to develop skills in other areas of Wordcomm’s business.Career OpportunitiesThis role will really suit a self starter, who is looking to show what they are capable of in an environment where they will be centre stage and be given the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of our business from day one.
