Graduate Recruitment Consultant £25,000 plus UNCAPPED Commission (OTE £40,000 in Year 1) Liverpool City Centre (L3) October start date Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in recruitment? Key Responsibilities: * Set and achieve ambitious goals and targets. * Proactively identify and engage top-tier passive candidates through strategic cold calling. * Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful candidate placement. * Source and connect with potential candidates for open roles using our CRM system and LinkedIn. * Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and messaging.
