Key Responsibilities: * Set and achieve ambitious goals and targets. * Proactively identify and engage top-tier passive candidates through strategic cold calling. * Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful candidate placement. * Source and connect with potential candidates for open roles using our CRM system and LinkedIn. * Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and messaging.
