The company specialise in Women's Health, with a growing portfolio of products.The role is a Brand Manager role working for a small Marketing team with 1 day a week in the London office. They are looking for someone with solid digital marketing/ omnichannel experience from either a pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare background.ResponsibilitiesProvide input to the UK strategic brand plans to ensure correct development of the brand strategy, highlighting local opportunities for growth and commercial opportunity.Implement the strategic product brand plan to drive market share growth and brand breadth/depth of prescribing.Develop and implement brand campaigns utilising multiple traditional, digital, educational and consumer marketing approachesDifferentiate Company as an innovative entrant into Therapeutic area through planning and delivery of nimble digital initiativesDrive recommendations on local resourcing and budgetary spend in conjunction with Medical Education strategy and in synergy with Company portfolio promotional activities.Manages approval of local content via Medical, Legal and Regulatory processesLiaises with Key Opinion Leaders and select customers to organise Congresses and exhibitions.Conduct healthcare professional and patient market research to better understand customer and end user preferences.Build and monitor brand performance KPIs, amend strategy and take corrective actions to drive brand performance.Collaborate with Global colleagues to co-create brand positioning, core campaign assets and establish best practice.Requirements for the role Degree in sciences and/or business administrationExperience within a pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industryStrong digital marketing experienceExcellent written and spoken communication, and proficient knowledge of MS OfficeProven track record in executing digital marketing campaigns with associated metricsGood leadership and motivational skillsAbility to operate independently in a matrix environmentPro4orm People Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
