Job Requirements / Description

This role is for a diligent Client Accountant who will form part of the Accounting & Finance team, providing outstanding services within the property industry and maintaining solid relationships with clients.

Description

  • Managing and coordinating financial transactions for clients
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial statements including trial balance
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure financial accuracy
  • Communicating effectively with clients to maintain strong relationships
  • Assisting with budget planning and forecasting
  • Managing and assisting with service charge
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to accounting processes
  • Handling deferred income

Profile

A successful 'Client Accountant' should have:

  • A strong ability in service charge queries
  • Experience taking accounts up to trial balance
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry
  • General Ledger experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
