The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant For this SEN teaching assistant role, you must have previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, ODD and more, this does not necessarily need to be in a school setting. You will be required to work in a small class of 6 students across primary or secondary year groups, they are mixed ability groups and are all boys.
