Maintain and update databases and records
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
Support team members with day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
