Our Additional Resource Provision (ARP) Unit caters to the needs of children with special educational needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development in a tailored setting. As an SEN Teaching Assistant in our ARP Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of children with special needs. Working closely with our experienced and compassionate teaching staff, you will help create a nurturing and positive atmosphere that allows every child to reach their full potential. This school is looking for an individual that:• Is confident and experienced in supporting students with complex needs.• Can be proactive and a team player.• Has experience working with all needs including Global Delay, ASD, ADHD, Complex and Behaviour?• Has a clear, enhanced DBS check on the update service.• Is flexible and keen to develop their knowledge and understanding of SEN best practice.
