Our client specializes in commercial design and build projects across the UK. This brilliant, family-run business has been operating for over 10 years and has a strong and reliable client base, providing them with consistent work. About the Role: Our client is looking for a freelance professional with the potential for a permanent position, depending on workload and performance. The primary responsibilities include conducting detailed and accurate site surveys and producing precise technical drawings using AutoCAD. The candidate will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure all work is accurate and complete. Duties also involve making necessary amendments and revisions to drawings and overseeing the printing, collating, recording, and monitoring of all project drawings. The role requires ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations while identifying and resolving any design problems, discrepancies, or errors. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility. The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexity is essential, with a focus on meeting deadlines and supporting team members in achieving theirs. Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams is necessary to ensure that solutions meet or exceed client objectives.
