As a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Paediatric Tissue Viability, you will:
- Provide expert guidance and support to nursing teams caring for children with skin conditions and tissue viability needs.
- Lead and coordinate patient care, ensuring the best interests of the child and family.
- Advocate for children and young people undergoing dermatology treatments.
- Develop and participate in patient clinical pathways for skin condition treatments.
- Collaborate with dermatology consultants to set care standards for patients.
- Train and develop the nursing team in dermatology and tissue viability care.
- Ensure hospital policies for dermatology and tissue viability services are up to date.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist for Paediatric Tissue Viability, role comes with:
