Main duties: To drive improvements in free cash flow and operational performance, with a focus on optimizing accounts receivable and credit processes. The role: - To engage with customers and account teams to set optimal credit terms and build strong client relationships while reducing bad debt risk. - To effectively utilize and analyse data to assess credit risks and formulate proactive strategies that are fully aligned with company goals. - To improve and strengthen our credit strategy by implementing industry best practices. - To work closely with internal and external teams, including, Controllers, Treasury, Sales, Service Delivery Managers, and Accounts Receivable teams. - To ensure compliance with collection activities and proactively resolve any related issues The candidate: - Fluent in French (spoken and written) - Experience in B2B Credit Control is a must - Experience in manufacturing environment would be beneficial - Understanding of Incoterms and related payment vehicles, including Letter of Credit and Cash Against Documents (CAD) - Familiarity with financial reporting sources such as D&B, Graydon, or Credit Risk Monitor - Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate - Driven, motivated and prepared to maximize the opportunity The salary: Up to £33,000 per annum French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
