D / MD of Tech - £120k base + mutliple bonuses + share options ??MUST COME DIRECTLY FROM A RECRUITMENT AGENCY BACKGROUNDMy client, a multi-national enterprise, have retained me on a HIGHLY confidential D / MD of Technology role.In this position, you will carry out an entire assessment of the division (people, processes, strucutres, markets, etc) and implement the neccssary changes required to facilitate SIGNIFICANT future growthThey see the Tech function as somewhat of a sleeping beast that, with the right person leading it, can become one of the largest divisions of the group.In this role, you will take over an existing team of 6 (tracking @ £150k PM across both contract & perm), focusing on the below ???? Business strategy – It will be entirely down to you to identify, design and build the Tech function in the way you see best fit. The goal is high value markets & substantial expansion – with free reign to build across both contract and perm?? Revenue generation – Given the size of the current team, you will be expected to help drive the NFI of your business unit?? Growth – The immediate goal is to make sure your teams infrastructure is rock solid, the next target is building on that – aiming to hit 20+ heads by the end of 2025What's on offer? ???? A hands-on leader with a strong track record of growing technology teams (ideally UK focused)?? Experience & complete understanding of both contract and perm recruitment?? An individual with the knowledge and capabilities of assessing teams, performance, strategies, etc & identifying improvement areas – MUST have experience of this
