Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor, Hamilton, £14.40 per hour, Temp to Perm, month contract may be extended! Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Customer Service Advisor required to join our exceptional client based in Hamilton, fulfilling outbound calls to existing clients, upgrading their card machine and agreeing delivery. The Customer Service Advisor will have great communication skills, good understanding for computers and close attention to detail to excel in this role. Customer Service Advisor’s Key Responsibilities: Calling clients who have expressed interest/ already have an existing relationship with company. Upselling and upgrading card machines to clients. Scheduling and agreeing deliveries for the card machines. Customer Service Advisor’s Requirements: Excellent understanding for computers. Perform effective communication skills, both written and verbal. This is an ongoing contract position for someone who wants a career as a customer service advisor.
