Job Title: Housing Assistant Officer Working Arrangements: Hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Location: London Borough of Harrow, Forward Drive, Harrow, HA3 8NT Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 17:00pm Pay Rate: £15.39 PAYE Role Duration: 3 months Pertemps is excited to present a fantastic opportunity within the London Borough of Harrow for a proactive and motivated Housing Assistant Officer to join our growing team. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £15.39 PAYE per day. Key Responsibilities: As a Housing Assistant Officer, you will support the housing department by: Inputting data into our CRM system Analysing and updating existing customer data Verifying customer data within IT systems such as Photobook, Northgate, Civica, and Civica CX Requirements: Understanding of housing and related public sector legislation Experience working in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment Problem-solving skills 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent educational proficiency Proficiency in using software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, and email Strong written and verbal communication skills, including letter writing About Us: For almost 60 years, Pertemps Recruitment Partnership has been the market leader in providing permanent and temporary staffing solutions and we are one of the most established players within the recruitment industry.
