Leading and inspiring a staff team and take responsibility of their training, development, supervisions, and rotas. Being a positive role model to the children and young people. Delivering the Children’s Standards in the home. The ability to make a significant difference in young people’s lives.   Successful Applicant: Must have previous supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting. Full UK driving license is required.
