4Site is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in Central London. Our client is a main contractor specialising in prime residential refurbishments throughout central London. They complete projects ranging in value up to £10m, always prioritising quality and building long-lasting relationships throughout the process. They have built an excellent reputation in the industry and have seen a consistent pipeline of projects. With multiple projects currently running and more to come, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate for this role will: Have minimum three years’ experience in high-end/prime residential refurbishments Have experience working on projects £2m or above in value Be highly numerate and computer literate Understand building legislation, building materials, and design They are looking to start interviewing immediately, so please get in touch today to learn more
