They are currently engaged in a significant campaign to grow their London offering further.Snapshot of work undertaken by teamExamples of recent instructions include:Advising national leisure business on the commercial legalities surrounding sale of tickets online and related payments.Advising an established manufacturing and supply business on the redrafting of its core terms and conditionsAdvising on a well-known sports and leisurewear brand on a number of licensing agreements with high-profile licensors.Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong drafting and negotiating skills in relation to a varied spread of commercial contracts from supply and distribution contracts, to outsourcing arrangements and complex franchise agreements.Fantastic growth and development potential within the teamOne of the key attractions of this role is that this is a growing commercial team offering genuine opportunities for progression.The team is ready to speak to talented and ambitious commercial lawyers who are looking for a new challenge and the chance to join an exciting and dynamic department.
