Marketing Manager

My client is looking for a new Marketing Manager at their early stage start-up!

They offer a platform to help people sell their homes and since they founded a few years ago, they have built their team out to ~20 go-getters here in London.

The Marketing Manager Role Offers:

• Office first culture in London (ideally 3-4 days a week in the office in SW10)
• Base salary up to ~£50K
• Generalist exposure - initially focusing on CRM/lifecycle marketing before expanding into other areas of the business to identify the biggest opportunities for 2025. Choose your own marketing career path in brand, content, growth, performance marketing, SEO or operations
• Involvement in communication strategies, writing copy, working cross functionally in the business and more!

The Ideal Profile Will Have Experience In:

• A fast-paced environment (self-starter!), they are still in high growth stages so there's lots of learning and growing
• B2C marketing (the industry doesn't need to be property related!)
• Producing results (are you detail oriented, data driven, customer centric, growth oriented?)
