Demand Generation Marketing Manager My1Login is the UK’s leading, multi-award-winning Identity and Access Management service that enables seamless user access to web, mobile and Windows desktop applications delivering operational savings and protecting businesses against the financial and reputational damage of data breaches. As Demand Generation Marketing Manager for My1Login, you will play a pivotal role by taking ownership of generating qualified sales leads and opportunities. You will work across all marketing channels, identifying ways to deliver results at targeted customer acquisition costs. Responsibilities Planning: plan and drive demand generation activity, overseeing it from execution to analysis Campaign Creation: identify new inbound and outbound marketing activities that deliver a flow of qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimising CAC Lead Delivery: deliver against the weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets Forecasting: support the forecasting of quarterly lead generation targets. Paid; hands-on management of the paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels Awards and Webinars: Manage occasional webinars and awards applications Account-Based Marketing: Create and execute an ABM plan to ensure the delivery of high-value content at the optimal moment in an account’s discovery and sales journey, capturing and nurturing leads Analysis: define success metrics and own the performance analysis of demand generation activities, ensuring ongoing optimisation, and analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimisation to meet sales targets Budget Management: track marketing campaign ROI and control the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance, adjusting planned budget allocation in line with results and in line with annual sales objectives Lead management: track lead lifecycle and conversion rates from inquiry to closed deal through our marketing automation platform Lead Tracking: set up appropriate lead management, scoring, and reporting processes to assist the sales team Maintain the content of the marketing website to improve organic search performance. Required Skills and Qualifications You are an excellent marketer with experience partnering with sales teams to drive B2B leads through multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns. You are a self-starter and work well under pressure in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing. You have an expert understanding of B2B demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth. You’ll demonstrate excellent communication skills, including data crunching and storytelling. You are analytically inclined, with exceptional project management skills and rigorous attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects Flexibility and adaptability to change You must be a seasoned marketing professional with at least 2 years experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM software, Google Analytics and Google Ads Preferred Skills and Qualifications It would be helpful to have an eye for creativity and design, together with Adobe creative cloud experience (Indesign, photoshop etc.) Sound knowledge of SEO principles and techniques Email marketing experience, both at a strategic and an implementation level, including the use of a mass-mailing tools Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field Proficiency with online marketing and social media What we’ll give you In return we’ll give you: a competitive salary share options that reward you for Company growth an exciting entrepreneurial working environment an opportunity to grow your skills recognition for a job well done
