Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client are a leading provider of utilities catering to a wide range of leading clients across the UK. They are now recruiting for a Senior QS to join their business. As the Senior QS, you will be undertaking contract reviews and mitigating risk within contracts. Duties to include: Analysis of monthly expenditure Negotiation of contract rates Closing out end of contract final accounts Extension of supply chain contracts Detailed analysis of variance against budget and forecasts Analysis of quotes from contractors.
