Contracts Manager Dorset ASAP – Permanent contract The Company: Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level. With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager based in Dorset. Our client who works with a Public Sector clientacross Dorset, have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their team.  The work is varied, but mainly consists of refurb and maintenance with some construction jobs across publicly owned buildings. Day to Day: Day to day running of contracts within the business      Management of multiple projects at a time      Detailing specifications of works, liaising with other departments within the company      Liaising with new and existing clients      Negotiating tenders, drafting contracts      Management of sub contractors and direct labour teams Requirements (Skills & Qualifications): Construction related qualification      SMSTS      Strong technical building knowledge      Experience of reading construction drawings      Experience of producing schedule of works      Excellent customer service experience and client liaison      Full driving licence Benefits: Ful time hours      Dorset based role      Car or Car Allowance Please apply or contact Kirsty Rutlidge at Build Recruitment for further details.
