We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Lincoln
Location : Lincoln
Contract : Permanent, full time
Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) Alliance consists of Kier, Anglian Water, Barhale and Morrisons who work across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. We incorporate new construction, replacements or repairs spanning across the Anglian Water region.
What will you be responsible for?
Based from a designated site in the area, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams and sub-contractors on site relating to water recycling contracts. You'll look to ensure resources are utilised correctly to ensure efficiency is achieved and we optimise the workforce to meet deadlines.
You'll also be responsible for carrying out the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality and performance standards and ensuring all work meets required water industry regulations and Anglian Water's approved standards including POSWSH.
Your day to day will include:
Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of site work, focusing specifically on SHEQ, time and cost. Delivery of site activity is carried out utilising our directly employed workforce, supplemented by supply chain where appropriate
Working closely with the Resource Manager, you'll manage direct labour and supply chain teams to ensure all construction activities are provided in compliance with the scheme deliverables from a developed solution at DM3, ready to go to site, to DM4 in conjunction with the Project Engineer

Experience in the water industry, particularly on Clean Water Installations
Good knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
Commercial and contractual awareness
Full driving licence
