Hours: 40 hours per week flexible between Monday - Friday
Are you passionate about the delivery of excellent dental services and the successful running of a dental practice?
The role of Practice Manager at Shirley dental practice in Southampton is an exciting role providing NHS and private dental services in our busy (7 surgeries) (Walk-in Centre) surgery practice.
Our Shirley practice is one of our well-established growing practices in the Damira portfolio which has now expanded to 42 practices and has a fantastic clinical and reception team, providing excellent dentistry services to the local community.
Our Practice Managers are really valued in the company and are responsible for the clinical compliance, the resourcing of the practice and the delivery of NHS and private dental services.
The Practice Manager is fully supported by a regional Area Manager, an area Compliance Officer and the Support Office based in Pinner, HA5.
We invest in our management team. Training is provided and we have regional monthly meetings with all the Practice Managers as well as quarterly Practice Manager meetings across the company to share ideas, complete training and most importantly award our Practice Manager of the quarter award!
What are we looking for?
- GDC registered manager (preferred)
- Experience of UK dental practice management - mandatory
- Experience of managing an NHS contract - mandatory
- CQC compliance
- Line management experience - mandatory
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent presentation
- Reliable and supportive
Salary: Competitive, negotiable depending on experience
