About the role
At THCH, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our residents, ensuring that our communities feel supported and valued. As part of this commitment, we are looking for a Team Coordinator with a positive attitude, proactive approach, and the drive to support various teams within our Housing Department.
Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive administrative support across the Housing Department, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Coordinate with the Neighbourhood and Income teams, supporting critical workflows that contribute to resident satisfaction.
*
Manage multiple mailboxes and prioritize enquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolution by directing concerns to the appropriate team members.
*
Maintain accurate records, conduct basic reporting analysis, and assist with managing lettings.
*
Support the tracking and escalation of complaints, ensuring issues are promptly handled by the appropriate teams.
*
Contribute to team improvement initiatives, taking part in broader projects that enhance service delivery and resident experience.
About you
As Team Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting our operational teams, particularly the Neighbourhood and Income teams, in delivering outstanding service to our residents. This role involves a combination of administrative support and resident-focused activities, helping to ensure that our department runs efficiently and that resident needs are met promptly and effectively.
