Architectural Technologist – Contract (Outside IR35) Role: Architectural Technologist Location: United Kingdom Contract Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract (scope to extend/temp to perm) Working pattern: Fully Remote Start Date: ASAP Company Overview: Our client is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice, who takes pride in delivering exceptional design service. We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist on their behalf, to join the dynamic team on an initial contract basis. Role Overview: As an Architect you will have a technically biased background through to construction stage and deliver working drawing packages. The practice works on a variety of architectural sectors with this role specifically on a residential refurbishment project. We are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible. Essential requirements: Strong with the associated software – Revit. Mixed background in architecture – residential up to industrial units ideally. NBS Chorus would be beneficial.
