Key Responsibilities: * Upload data from the Bodyshop management system into the accounting system. * Post customer receipts to ensure accurate financial records. * Perform supplier reconciliations to maintain up-to-date accounts. * Assist in preparing payment runs for suppliers. * Post supplier payments accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements: * Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. * Ability to manage time effectively and work as part of a team.
