Having an established presence over many years, they have attracted investment and are now poised for an exciting period of expansion, giving rise to genuine career development opportunities.They are specialists in façades and drylining, working across across the residential, commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and retail sectors.The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.HQ based in Essex, with projects across London.The Opportunity My client are looking for a proactive Design Coordinator / Design Manager to join them in their HQ in Essex.As a new function within the business the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the design function and to develop and lead the division over time.Duties to include:Liaising with external design houses and monitoring drawingsEnsuring the final designs meet the clients' expectations and requirementsTrack programmesClient meetingsDistributing design documents / Document ControlEstablish design schedules and deadlines and ensure projects stay on trackKnowledge in Asite, 4projects or similar software is preferable.Knowledge with local authorities / permits is desirable.This role is biased towards practical design coordination rather than technical design.*Due to the office location it is essential you can drive to the HQ*Design Coordinator / Manager - Specialist Facade & Drylining Contractor
