They're looking to hire their first Engineering Manager ( hands - off ) to: line-manage 5-8 engineers (Mid-Senior) helping to advance their careers cultivate a positive, healthy, fun, progressive working environment be the delivery owner across 2 product teams instil an agile , iterative , experimental culture contribute to design decisions have a major impact building a product that makes developer’s lives easier This will suit someone who: is already an established EM (this won't suit someone stepping-up in to management) comes from an engineering background (Scala, ideally) and evolved in to leadership can confidently coach experienced Seniors and lead big technical initiatives ideally comes from a B2B SaaS background If this sounds like you, please hit apply for more information on the company and role.
