Chef de Partie - Rosette Level

Chef de Partie required for a kitchen cooking at Rosette level, this role is in the Blackpool area. The kitchen equipment is fantastic and they use great produce. The Chef de Partie role is paid hourly but works out at £28,000 - £30,000 + £2K-£3K in tips and is on a 40-45 hours. This is an ideal role for a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking for a step up. The role: We are looking for a Chef de Partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure the section is ready for service, your fridge is set up and prep is completed prior to service. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties. Experience: We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background, with a rosette or similar background.
